When First Church in Cambridge decided to tackle a lighting upgrade, it was important that the new energy efficient lights replicated the color and feel of incandescent bulbs, said project coordinator, Rich Goode.
“The sanctuary is a sacred space,” he said.
To achieve the proper mood, the church hired Massachusetts-based green lighting company ThinkLite to engineer, furnish, and install 124 customized LED lights.
