Fun times at the CCC

As we noted earlier, the Cambridge Community Center (CCC) is raising money for an Energy Star refrigerator to replace its old inefficient model. When we  visited the center, though, we quickly learned that this project is about much more than a new appliance.

“This is all part of a long term effort to bring an 1880′s building into the 21st century and make sure that it reflects our growing concern for the environment,” said David Gibbs, executive director of the CCC.

Check out the short video below to hear more from the interview and to see the fantastic flurry of activity — and the fun-loving children — at the CCC. (We’re 99 percent sure it will put a smile on your face.)
